Form ‘21’  (from the Latin word - “formus twindus” meaning “to express”)

A form, also know as a ‘pattern’ or ‘kata’ is a detailed choreographed patterns of movements practiced either solo or in pairs.  As a practitioner ascenders through the ranks of the discipline, the physical level of difficulty and complexity within the form increases.

Form 21 is rumoured to be a pattern of movements that maximizes a practitioners physical potential.  It is said to be found within the “Darker side” of Airborn Entertainment’s known Coaching Syllabus and program of study, with very few individuals capable of such explosive energy, Form ‘21’ is reported to exist only amongst Airborn’s  elite artists.

1)  When questioned about the motions of Form
    ‘21'... elite artist Ryan Doyle replied,  “The first  
    rule of Form ‘21’ is that nobody talks about form
    ‘21’!            

2)  Some individuals believe the sequence of
     movements summons a hidden doorway
     through time and space.

3)  It was reported that Form ‘21’ takes precisely
    1 hour to complete, consisting of 1 movement
    per second, - that's 3600 individual motions.
